This policy explains the personal data collected through the contact form on the LocalPick website (local.pick.vn) and how we handle it.

1. Operator and contact

  • Operator: LocalPick
  • Inquiries and personal data requests: local@pick.vn (the same address handles both inquiries and personal data requests)

2. What we collect

  • Required: name, company, work email, message
  • Optional: job title, phone number, industry, number-of-stores range
  • Consent record: whether you consented, when, and the policy version at that time

You can send an inquiry without filling in the optional fields.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your inquiry
  • To arrange a meeting

We do not use your data for any other purpose and do not send advertising or promotional email.

4. Retention and deletion

We delete your data 12 months after your inquiry is resolved. If you ask us to delete it, we do so without delay.

5. Where it is stored and how it is protected

  • Storage: operating server located in Vietnam
  • New-inquiry notification emails contain no personal data.
  • Only operators with access rights can view inquiry records.

6. Sharing with third parties and transfers abroad

  • Sharing with third parties: none
  • Transfers outside Vietnam: none

7. Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. This website does not load external analytics tools or font services.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to do the following with your personal data at any time.

  • Access: see what information we hold
  • Correction: fix inaccurate information
  • Deletion: erase the information we hold
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent to collection and use (we then delete the data from that inquiry)

Send requests to local@pick.vn. To prevent requests made on your behalf by someone else, please write from the work email you used for your inquiry, or we may ask you to verify your identity.
